Bellydance Tutorials & Drills

Learn how to belly dance through accessible and detailed tutorials, practice drills, and choreography breakdowns. No experience necessary. My program is designed for true beginners or those who struggle with some of the most common techniques, and would like to learn how to enjoy belly dance through simple but fun choreography. My style focuses on elegance, and I draw inspiration from the way I grew up, watching aunties dance together at parties. It was beautiful! 

This program bundles all the lessons from my beginner levels 1-3 as follows:

  • 12 Technique Tutorials (detailed breakdowns of moves)

    • Beginner Level 1

      • Basic Hip Drop

      • Shoulder shimmy

      • Egyptian walks

      • Medium hip circles

    • Beginner Level 2

      • Hip accents

      • Hip pops

      • Legwork (fwd/back footwork)

      • Step kick (figure 8 precursor)

    • Beginner Level 3

      • Undulations

      • Hip Drop kick/release

      • Knee & hip shimmies

      • Horizontal Figure 8s (Egyptian & Turkish)

  • 8 Practice Drills to music (to master the above techniques and build muscle memory)

  • 8 Choreography Routines incorporating the moves learned in technique tutorials. Songs include:
